Consulting for Organizations

Expert nutrigenomic, biochemical, and scientific consulting for companies, clinics, schools, and research teams — from formula development and practitioner training to curriculum design and scientific writing.
Who This Is For

Organizations working at the intersection of nutrition, genetics, and health often need scientific depth that goes beyond what a generalist can provide. Whether you're a supplement company that needs evidence-based formula development, a clinic that wants to train its practitioners in nutrigenomics, a school building a genetics curriculum, or a research team that needs methodological support — this is work I do regularly and take seriously.

Every engagement is tailored to your organization's specific needs. The services below are common starting points, but custom and highly specialized projects are welcome. If you have a unique need that doesn't fit a category below, reach out and we'll build a scope together.

Core Services

Scientific Writing & Publication Support
Research teams · Supplement companies · Clinics publishing outcomes data
$150/hr · $1,200–$4,000/manuscript
From first draft to final submission, I provide expert scientific writing and editorial support for peer-reviewed publications, conference materials, and public-facing research communications. I write to the standard of the audience — whether that's a journal editor or a general consumer.
Manuscript writing or editing Abstracts, posters, and conference submissions Technical literature reviews Research summaries for professional or public audiences Grant preparation support
Nutrigenomics Training for Practitioners
Functional medicine clinics · Integrative health practices · Dietitian groups
$300/hr · $1,500–$5,000/series
Designed for clinicians and practitioners who want to confidently integrate genetics into their clinical decision-making. Training is evidence-based, pathway-grounded, and built around the real complexity of genetic interpretation — not oversimplified gene hacking talking points.
Folate and methylation pathways Neurotransmitter biochemistry Genetics-driven clinical decision-making How to interpret SNPs correctly Integrating genetics with symptoms and labs Histamine, detox, and transsulfuration pathways
Supplement & Vitamin Formula Development
Supplement brands · Wellness companies · Practitioners creating custom formulas
$1,000–$6,000/formula
Evidence-based formula development and review grounded in biochemical pathway analysis — not trend-following. I evaluate ingredient selection, dosing, form, and pathway interactions to build formulas that are internally coherent and defensible. Also available for competitive review of existing products.
Evidence-based ingredient selection Dose and bioavailability evaluation Pathway compatibility review Interaction and contraindication checks Label and marketing claims review Competitor comparison
Herbal Blend Development & Review
Botanical supplement brands · Herbalists scaling to clinical or retail markets
$750–$4,000/blend
Botanical formulation grounded in both traditional use and clinical evidence. I evaluate synergy, pathway mechanisms, safety, and herb-drug interactions — and provide mechanistic justification for every ingredient so your formulas can withstand scientific scrutiny.
Synergy and compatibility analysis Safety and herb-drug interaction review Pathway-specific formulation guidance Mechanistic ingredient justification Traditional and clinical evidence review
Custom SNP Panel Development & Review
Direct-to-consumer genetics companies · Supplement brands building gene-matched products
$200/hr · $1,500–$7,500/panel
Many commercial SNP panels are clinically inconsistent — they include variants that lack functional significance or miss ones that matter. I develop and review gene and SNP lists with an emphasis on pathway coherence, clinical relevance, and accuracy of consumer-facing interpretation.
Gene and SNP list creation Functional variant determination Scientifically accurate consumer-friendly copy Clinical significance prioritization Pathway coherence and integrity review
Corporate Wellness & Employee Education
HR teams · Corporate wellness programs · Healthcare organizations
$300/hr · $2,000–$12,000/package
Science-backed educational sessions for employee wellness programs, corporate health initiatives, and healthcare organization staff development. Topics are tailored to your audience — from general nutrition literacy to complex clinical topics for healthcare teams.
Medications and nutrient interactions Medical conditions and nutrition Genetics and personalized health Nutrient metabolism and biochemical pathways Lab interpretation for practitioners Understanding complex presentations (POTS, histamine, ADHD, EDS)
Youth & School-Based Nutrition Education
K–12 schools · STEM programs · After-school and community organizations
$200–$350/event · $1,000–$3,500/series
Engaging, age-appropriate science education that brings metabolism, genetics, and food science into the classroom. Sessions are designed to be interactive and accessible, building genuine scientific curiosity rather than just delivering information.
Interactive nutrition classes STEM demonstrations Workshops on metabolism, genetics, and food science Custom lesson design for any age group
Curriculum Design for Schools & Universities
Higher education · Certificate programs · Professional training organizations
$150/hr · $1,500–$10,000/project
Full-scope curriculum development for nutrition, biology, and genetics courses — from individual modules to complete programs. I design for learning outcomes, not just content coverage, and can provide implementation support and instructor training to ensure material actually lands.

How Engagements Work

Most B2B engagements begin with a brief discovery call to clarify scope, deliverables, and timeline. From there, I provide a written proposal with pricing before any work begins. Hourly rates apply to open-ended advisory and review work; project-based pricing applies to defined deliverables like manuscripts, formulas, or curricula.

Retainer arrangements are available for organizations that need ongoing access — particularly useful for supplement companies in active product development, or clinics building out a genetics program over time.

All work is covered by a confidentiality agreement. I do not list clients publicly without permission.

Let's talk about your project

Send a brief overview of what you're working on and I'll follow up within 1–2 business days to schedule a discovery call or provide a quote.
